By downloading, installing, or using the Sticker Flip application ("App", "we", "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Sticker Flip.

If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

Sticker Flip is a memory and attention mobile game. Players are presented with a grid of numbered stickers placed face down and must reveal them in the correct numerical sequence. The App is available on iOS via the Apple App Store.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature within it at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

The App is intended for users aged 4 years and older. Users under the age of 13 should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements.

If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us at the address listed in Section 14.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks;
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or public display;
• Transfer the App or your rights under these Terms to any third party;
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

This license does not include the right to sublicense. Any use of the App not expressly permitted by these Terms is reserved by us.

The App may offer in-app purchases or a virtual currency system (such as coins earned through gameplay). Please note the following:

• Virtual currency (coins or similar rewards) has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the App.
• All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change the pricing or availability of any in-app item at any time without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for any charges incurred through your App Store account, including unauthorized purchases made by minors.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems;
• Use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

All content, design, graphics, user interface, code, game mechanics, branding, and other materials in the App are the exclusive property of the Sticker Flip developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

The name "Sticker Flip", the app icon, and all associated visual identities are proprietary trademarks. You may not use any of our trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license in Section 4.

Your use of the App may involve the collection and use of certain information. Our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that data. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The App does not require account registration. Any data stored (such as game scores or settings) is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses;
• Any defects will be corrected;
• The App will meet your requirements or expectations;
• The results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Sticker Flip developer be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon termination, the license granted to you under Section 4 will immediately cease.

Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13 shall survive any termination of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or our business practices. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via an in-app notification).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
